accept certified funds (money orders or cashiers checks);
personal checks (held for 10 business days to clear); and credit
cards--Visa, Discover,

Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped and the vendor can cancel in time. If the order has already been sent to the vendor we will attempt to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible. If you do receive an order that was cancelled, accept delivery of the item and call an L.C. Enterprises Customer Care Advisor for return instructions. Returns are subject to a restocking charge as determined by the vendor. Sorry but returns made after 30 days cannot be accepted as our suppliers do not allow a late returns grace period. Back to Top
I cancelled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
L.C. Enterprises submits all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt but it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit slip by mail. Credits should be reflected your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle. Back to Top
Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
All purchases are subject to developer and distributor return policies.

RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED AND THE
CARRIER WILL CHARGE YOU FREIGHT IN BOTH DIRECTIONS. Call L.C.
Enterprises first (608-464-7615) for return instructions. To avoid repackaging charges, please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials, including all documentation, manuals, licenses and registration cards. L.C. Enterprises suggests you keep the original packing for 30 days. The value of any missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
L.C. Enterprises' vendors ship products before the estimated delivery in the vast majority of cases. On occasion, however, an order may be delayed due to availability or other circumstances beyond our immediate control. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, an L.C. Enterprises Customer Care Consultant will notify you via phone, U.S. mail or e-mail.

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
State tax is applied to all product shipped to Wisconsin customers. Out of state customers are responsible for any applicable sales or use taxes for their state. Back to Top
Shipping FAQs
How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 2-5 workdays. Stipulate 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air on accelerated delivery shipments. Additional shipping charges will apply due to higher rates on accelerated delivery shipments.Back to TopCan I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
No. Merchandise is shipped via UPS, and UPS requires a valid street address. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order. L.C. Enterprises cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses. Back to Top
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes!
(As long as it is not a firearm.) When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your
"Ship To" address (not your "Billing Address")
with the address you want to ship your merchandise, then continue. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address. Back to Top
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to product weight and destination. L.C. Enterprises reserves the right to adjust flat rate shipping fees when charging your credit card based on actual costs. A modest handling fee may be added at L.C. Enterprises'
discretion.
Because L.C. Enterprises does not inventory
many of the items sold, your order may be shipped directly from one of our authorized
vendor's warehouse closest to the shipping address. The individual vendor ultimately determines the method of product shipment. Therefore, we are not able to reduce shipping charges for any reason.
Most products are shipped via UPS because they offer package insurance and excellent tracking software. However, the method of shipment is always determined by the shipping vendor. In some cases, vendors have special arrangements with other package services such as Federal Express, Airborne etc. Back to Top
